Which plan is right for me?
Start on Free. Move to Pro when you need more report runs or rows, or want your team in the workspace. Business is Pro with larger limits.
How do limits work?
Each plan has a number of report runs and rows for each billing period. At a limit, new runs stop until the next period or an upgrade: runs on the website and in Google Sheets are refused, and schedules wait. Free keeps up to 3 saved reports. Everything else keeps working.
What counts as a report run?
Each report you run on the website or in Google Sheets, and each scheduled run. Rows are the rows those runs return. Refresh and Dataden's nightly saves don't count.
How do team members work?
Pro includes 2 people and Business 3, the owner counted. On Pro and Business, invite as many people as you need: each extra person is $1 a month, or $10 a year on a yearly plan.
Are prices in USD and do they include tax?
Prices are in US dollars, before tax. Paddle adds local tax where it applies at checkout.
Can I cancel any time?
Cancel any time from the Billing page (Manage billing). Your plan stays until the end of the paid period; then team members lose access until you subscribe again.
